This pilot keeps venue details, plan answers and briefing records in local storage in the browser where you enter them. It does not send these answers to a Hall Ready application server or create an account.
Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to view your saved plan. Clearing browser data can erase it. Use Download backup to keep a copy; use Delete local data to remove the pilot’s stored plan. Downloaded or printed copies must be deleted separately.
Only record information you need and are authorised to use. Tell the people whose names or contact details you record how you use them. Keep exports secure and share them only with appropriate people.
The hosting provider may process technical request information and access authentication under its own policies. The pilot does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Links to official guidance take you to external websites with their own privacy policies.
Cloud saving and shared accounts are not available. Operator contact details and a full service privacy notice must be provided before collecting customer data for that service. This page describes the current local-browser pilot only.
